Hot Stone Massage

Heated basalt stones are used alongside the therapists

hands to provide a deeply relaxing massage. The heat

from the stones helps to relax the muscle at a deeper level

and increase the bodies circulation. This can assist with

flushing out swelling and stiffness from arthritic joints,

promote relaxation, aiding the release of muscle tension,

chronic fatigue and stress. 

 

This treatment is especially beneficial for those who often have stubborn knots as they help to make the massage more comfortable.

Cold Stone Massage

Smooth chilled stones are used alongside the therapists

hands to provide a cooling and relaxing massage. The

cold from the stones can help to alleviate inflammation

and swelling alongside increasing the bodies circulation. 

The stones help to ease symptoms of some chronic illnesses

such as fibromyalgia as the stones can numb nerve

endings and calm the nervous system providing pain relief.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage has many physical benefits which can
