Here at Coastal Chiropractic and Wellness Centre we offer One to One Yoga.

 

One to One Yoga is great as the sessions are tailored to your needs and focus on finding the right positions for you, these aren't always the perfect images you see used for Yoga promotion. Yoga helps to improve both physical and mental wellbeing for people of all ages and the benefits can be seen quite quickly when practising Yoga regularly.

These sessions are perfect for beginners who may find attending a Yoga class intimidating or would rather have the expertise of a Yoga Therapist to guide them through their journey. These are also great if you are recovering from injury, surgery, have a chronic condition or have an illness. Yoga can support your recovery process and help you to manage your symptoms and provide some day to day releif.
