Initially your therapist will assess and diagnose the route cause of your complaint or injury and they will then tailor a treatment plan to get you back to feeling your best. Your treatment plan may include, massage therapy, mobilisation, sports taping, rehabilitation and stretching advice.

Massage Therapy

If required you will be provided with a rehabilitation program from your practitioner. This usually includes stretching or strengthening exercises which your practitioner will go through with you to ensure the correct technique is being used.

Pain Management & Maintenance Treatment

Childs Pose

Your practitioner will discuss with you follow up treatments or rehabilitation sessions that may be required moving forward. These are usually for pain management and to ensure any given exercises continue to be of benefit to you. Alongside this you may receive home exercises to complete and aftercare advice.

Re-assessment & Program Updates

Physiotherapy

Following your initial assessment and treatment you may be asked to book for follow up treatments or later down the line an appointment to complete a re-assessment. This is to ensure you are progressing and to review or update your rehabilitation programme to keep you on track.
