Reiki
Reiki is a healing technique which originated in Japan. It is based on the principle of channelling universal life energy through the practitioner's hands to the recipient to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

The intention is to allow healing energy to flow freely throughout the body, promoting relaxation and reducing pain and tension. This process can help resolve emotional distress, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall health. During a reiki session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the recipient's body in various positions, aiming to transfer energy and facilitate healing and balance.
